All above sponsorships include:  

  • The sponsor can bring 2 people from their organization to attend the conference free-of-charge and network with all attendees (if not already annual sponsor)
  • Sponsor can bring their own marketing banner, if it is the type of banner that is a pop-up, and we can place it at the door (by food display if appropriate) or in a prominent area of the large room
  • Sponsors’ logos will be printed on a flyer which will be distributed to all attendees
  • NJ President will recognize and thank each sponsor during opening and closing announcements, with logo displayed on PowerPoint to all attendees
  • Approximately one week before the event, sponsor will receive a data file containing the names and email addresses of all attendees who have registered for the luncheon
  • Approximately one week after the event, the sponsor will receive a data file containing the names and email addresses of all who attended the luncheon (which can be used for targeted marketing purposes)

NJDVHIMSS Fall Conference - October 13th - 16th

The 19th Annual NJDVHIMSS Fall Conference returns this October, bringing together healthcare IT leaders from across the region for multiple days of learning, collaboration, and networking.

The event will kick off with the annual golf outing, followed by the Fall Conference featuring educational sessions, keynote presentations, and opportunities to connect with peers and industry partners.
